Returns and Refund Policy

HP-Bazaar.com is a Specialty Micro-Site within the Databazaar.com network. The purpose of this micro-site is to provide buyers with a site focused solely on Hewlett-Packard products making it easier to find and buy HP products. All transactions on this site are processed and backed by Databazaar.com – a HP Authorized Reseller.

Warranty

On Hardware
All hardware items like printers, faxes, copiers, and monitors etc. are guaranteed by the respective manufacturer. In case of defects please refer to documents inside the product carton to contact the manufacturer directly and address all warranty issues directly by the manufacturer.

On Consumables
All consumables and supplies like ink cartridges, toners and accessories are also warrantied by the respected manufacturer. However, Databazaar will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact Databazaar directly by filling out the RMA form online. (See below)

Returns

All requests for returns must be made ONLINE ONLY by clicking, completing and submitting the RMA form below:

Replacement, warranty and return of all damaged and defective Xerox items will be handled directly by Xerox, USA.

RMA FORM

Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be filled out completely. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our RMA staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) please call Customer Support at 1-877-848-7357.

Returns Acceptance Policy (Please Read Before Requesting RMA)

· A return authorization (RMA Form) must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
· Databazaar will send you an email containing a link. On clicking this link you will be taken to a web page where you will be asked to fill out a form with your address information. On submitting this form, a USPS return label will be displayed on your screen. Print this label and affix it to the package you want to return and take it to the nearest post office where it will handled by a USPS retail associate. Databazaar will pay for the return freight ONLY for the following reasons:
-Databazaar shipping error
-Defective on Arrival - Consumables Only.
· A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns.
· Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be empty on return will be charged to your account.
· Returned products must be in their original packaging.
· If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be effected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product.
· If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately, but if the original return is not received within two weeks, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card.
· Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
· Paper products cannot be returned once opened.
· All products MUST BE returned in their original carton in order for the credit to be processed.
· Irrespective of the address on the carton, all defective material must be returned to Databazaar's main warehouse at:

· If your situation is not listed in this policy or you feel you have unique circumstances, please call Customer Support at 1-877-848-7357 to discuss your situation.
· For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit the RMA Form. If you see outward appearances of damage while receiving the goods, you may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Databazaar by e-mail (support@databazaar.com) or phone 1-877-848-7357.
